How does it work? It is very simple, pick your props, walk in the tent and follow the instructions on the touch-screen!
Why would I want this?Everyone loves photos or even videos of themselves. Photographers and videographers usually to focus on the couple, the bridal party, and close family so this is a good way to spread some love. This will also give your guests a chance to have a private moment with you during your important day.
How many people can fit in The Black Tent? The tent can hold up to 4 people comfortably but it can fit up to 8 people. The more the merrier.
How much space do you need for set up? The Black Tent can easily fit into a 5’ x 5’ space, plus a couple of extra feet for our table of props.
What if I don’t like a tent, what other options can you offer?If you would rather have your guests see how much fun it is, we can definitely set up an OPEN BOOTH for you! The setup would be pretty much the same, from the console to the lights and the background only without the confines of a tent. It’s like having a studio for your special event! The open booth is usually for clients who prefer to go in bigger groups.
What equipment do you use? We use high-end Canon equipment to capture your memorable moments, 2-3 softboxes to give that nice studio lighting and a super fast dye-sublimation printer.
How long does it take for the photos to print out? 12 seconds
Does the service come with on-site attendants? Yes, 2 people will be on-site to answer questions,help out your guest and to even inspire them with poses, props, messages, and other fun tips!
How many pictures (and/or videos) can we take? As many as you like!
How fast do we get our video montage? Give us a maximum of 2 months, it will be worth it!
Can we choose the backdrop color for our photos?Definitely! Choose your color palette and we will find the best backdrop to fit your event.
Can we personalize our prints? Definitely. We will work with you prior to the event to design a label with your names and event date.
Why would I want double prints?Double prints give you two instant printouts of each photo. Your guests can take them home as favors, the other is for your own scrapbook (if you choose to have one). We can also collect the pictures and place them in a nice box as part of your event collection.
How early do I need to reserve ? The earlier you book, the better!
How much is the deposit?We would require 50% of the total of the package you are getting to reserve your date.
